The Apricot Centre is a unique enterprise in Devon, run by inspirational Rachel Phillips, offering training and education courses in regenerative farming, training students with no farming experience in regenerative agriculture, sustainable practices and land-based learning.

Education continues to be a cornerstone of the Apricot Centre

Their Skills Bootcamp trained a total of 151 students in the Wave 2025. The flagship Level 3 and Level 4 yearlong programmes graduated a total of 44 students. Of these the Level 3 course, aimed at new entrants to the field, saw 82% find work in the industry after graduation, and the Level 4s have all started applying their skills in their work, with new companies and projects being founded as well. Chacegrove was pleased to provide funding to 23 students in 2025 who would not otherwise have completed their course.
